Preparing the BTC 2017: Talent, Inspiration and Participation
We are moving full steam ahead with our preparations for the ‘Be the Change’ Celebration. The countdown has begun. There are a little more than three months left till all the people who make the DFC spirit come true all over the world, reunite in Spain. We expect more than 29 delegations and about 500 participants. We are so excited! We’re planning a very inspiring program to showcase the talents and testaments to the value and impact of the philosophy they embody, which is the theme of the BTC this year: “Better Together”. We would like to give you a sneak peek of what’s in store.

El día 26 y 27 de junio se celebraron en Centro del Profesorado y Recursos de Oviedo las 5ª Jornadas de Buenas Prácticas. Al encuentro acudieron 110 docentes con la ilusión de mostrar, ver y conocer cada una de las 40 experiencias de éxito que se encontraban expuestas. También nos acompañó Miguel Luengo, de Design for Change, y nos hizo despertar de nuestro sueño. Sin duda un gran momento para cerrar el curso que finalizó y tomar aliento para el que comenzaremos en setiembre.Read more
Preparando la BTC 2017: talento, inspiración y participación
Inmersos en los preparativos de la Be the Change Celebration, iniciamos una primera gran cuenta atrás. Queda algo más de tres meses para reunir en España a quienes hacen realidad el espíritu DFC en todo el mundo. Esperamos 22 delegaciones y cerca de 500 participantes. ¡Qué ganas! Better Together: the magical formula for the BTC 2017
Together we bring forth the magic. We have checked it course after course in the long-distance race that represents the I CAN School Challenge, as well as in each celebration event and, of course, in every Be The Change Celebration. This year, our great international appointment is very special for the team in Design for Change Spain because, as you know, we have in our hands the organization of the first BTC to be held in Europe, the sixth edition in the history of the global DFC movement. On this occasion we released a motto in which we firmly believe: Better Together. Children and young people from at least 22 countries around the world will meet in Madrid on the 11th and 12th November to prove that they are always better together.Read more

Juntos hacemos surgir la magia. Lo hemos comprobado curso tras curso en la carrera de fondo que es el I CAN School Challenge, en cada evento de celebración y, cómo no, en cada Be The Change Celebration. Este año nuestra gran cita internacional es muy especial para el equipo Design for Change España ya que, como sabéis, tenemos entre manos la organización de la primera BTC que se celebra en Europa, la sexta edición en la historia del movimiento global DFC. En esta ocasión estrenamos un lema en el que creemos firmemente: Better Together. El I CAN School Challenge 2017 reúne un total de 121 proyectos
Una vez más afrontamos el verano y el fin de curso con la ilusión de comprobar cómo sigue extendiéndose el virus I CAN. Este año ha vuelto a pasar. El recuento final nos ha dado de nuevo un subidón de energía con una cifra que ha superado nuestras modestas expectativas. El I CAN School Challenge 2017 ha reunido un total de 121 proyectos de niños y jóvenes de toda España. Ilusión, satisfacción, entusiasmo y agradecimiento son las primeras palabras y emociones que surgen al ver cómo el espíritu que nos mueve a formar parte del movimiento Design for Change sigue vivo.Read more
